Water can be a problem, particularly in long dry spells. It is at these times when the rainwater you have caught and saved will be of great value. We would like you to adhere to the following:

1. At present costs, you may fill a maximum of 16 water butts from the tap each year (this may change subject to costs).

2. You Must not under any circumstances, use a hosepipe that is fitted directly to the mains water supply to water open ground. To do so may result in your eviction from the society and your plot..

3. Cars or other vehicles must not be washed on site.

4. All restrictions under a Drought Order must be followed without exception.
